We diagnose the full picture first, then recommend a combination fix instead of selling you a single product that only solves part of the problem.

Four commitments that separate a properly trained wet basement repair crew from a generalist showing up with a truck and a hope.
Technicians are trained to evaluate interior and exterior conditions together — grading, existing drainage, wall condition, humidity levels — rather than diagnosing in isolation.
Trucks are stocked with extraction equipment, moisture meters, and basic drainage materials so the first visit can start mitigation immediately.
We won't recommend more scope than your specific situation calls for — if grading correction alone solves it, that's what we'll quote.
From extraction pumps to drain tile to exterior membrane materials, our trucks carry the equipment to address whichever combination of causes the diagnostic reveals.
We don't run a one-size-fits-all playbook — every wet basement repair job starts from these core service components, adapted to what your property actually needs.
Standing water is extracted with truck-mount or portable pumps before any diagnostic work or repair begins, since you can't properly assess a source while wading through it.
We walk the full property, inside and out, mapping every contributing factor — grading slope, downspout placement, existing drain tile condition, wall crack locations.
This is often paired with grading correction rather than installed as a standalone fix when exterior conditions are also contributing.
Chronic moisture exposure often means some degree of mold growth on framing, insulation, or stored materials by the time we're called.
Even after the water source is addressed, residual humidity can linger in a basement that's been chronically wet for months or years.
Four steps, start to finish — from your call to a fully diagnosed and dried-out basement.
A few questions about how long the issue has been present help the technician prepare for what they might find.
Most Retsof, NY wet basement assessments are scheduled quickly given the compounding nature of ongoing moisture exposure.
You'll see a written recommendation explaining which combination of fixes — drainage, grading, sump, dehumidification — actually addresses your specific situation.
Combination repairs carry a written warranty covering each installed system component.

"Connected us with a mold remediation company before starting the waterproofing work, which felt like the right order of operations."
